Dermatology Physician Assistant

We are seeking anexperienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join awell-established and growing dermatology practice just south of Boston. This isan excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centeredenvironment with a strong referral base and access to modern dermatologictechnologies. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrodessication Provide patient education and develop individualized treatment plans Document care accurately and efficiently in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $130,000-$180,000+ annually, based on experience and productivity Productivity-based bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package, which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) CME allowance Malpractice coverage Retirement plan options Qualifications Current NP or PA license in the state of Massachusetts Minimum of 2+ years of dermatology experience required Board Certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA by Jobble
