About the Role - ICU Nurse In this high-acuity nursing role, you will provide expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. Using advanced clinical judgment and problem-solving, you'll help manage acute conditions, support recovery, and play a key role in care coordination. Key Responsibilities - ICU RNProvide Critical Care: Deliver safe, specialized care to ICU patients in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards. Conduct Ongoing Assessments: Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond with timely, appropriate interventions. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside doctors, respiratory specialists, case managers, and other nurses to create and follow individualized care plans. Administer Advanced Treatments: Manage high-level treatments including cardiac meds, IV therapies, blood transfusions, and ventilator support. Support Family Involvement: Guide and communicate with patients' families during treatment, offering clear updates and emotional support. Apply ICU Best Practices: Uphold evidence-based standards across all aspects of care, from admission to discharge.
