Location: Remote after initial 30-day on-site orientation and training in Raleigh ( 1-2 days per month required onsite in Raleigh, ongoing) Schedule: Flexible Mon-Sat hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week Contract Type: 1099, paid per assessment, 1 year + Specialty: Primary Care or related Job Description: Work on a team as a Consultant, with NO DIRECT PATIENT CARE OR CONTACT. Responsibilities: Review of claimant records and prepared case summaries and use medical experience, expertise, and judgment to determine the severity of impairments and residual functional capacity . This review is completed electronically using a provided computer. Criminal record background checks are required.
