Experience placing plead a team of 10-15 salary: $46,000 - $54,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities. Be proficient in all departmental processes; act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives. Implement and promote BPS (Business Process Standards) principles for continuous improvement and process optimization. Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules. Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS). Use manual/power tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests. Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately. Rework units as needed to meet quality standards.
