Coverage Needed Schedule: Inpatient and call coverage at two sites Open Dates: Wednesday, August 5 starting at 7am - Monday, August 10th at 7 am Monday, October 26th starting at 7am - Friday, November 6 at 7 am Clinical Details No clinic responsibilities EMR: Epic Enterprise Support Staff: 4 Physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers Patients per Day: Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-20 for both locations Medical staff required Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy Demographics/Patient Population: All ages History and physical exam admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to patients of all ages to correct or treat various conditions, illnesses, and injuries of the extremities, spine, and associated structures by medical, surgical, and physical means Conditions Treated: trauma, infections, tumors, metabolic disturbances of the musculoskeletal system, deformities, injuries, and degenerative diseases of the spine, hands, feet, knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow, and include primary and secondary muscular problems and the effects of central or peripheral nervous system lesions of the musculoskeletal system Orthopedic surgeons may provide care to patients in the intensive care setting Assess, stabilize, and determine the disposition of patients with emergent conditions Requirements Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Active IA License or Active IMLC (LOQ in hand) Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Surgery Experienced Must be able to cover the specified blocks of shifts Clean Malpractice/Background History NPDB (must be pulled within the last month or within 90 days) by Jobble
