This Electromechanical Assembler opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong hand-soldering skills who want to grow with a long-standing, highly respected manufacturer known for producing reliable, mission-critical communication equipment. Hours and Pay Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Employment Type: Temp-to-hire What You'll Do Hand-solder, mount, connect, assemble, and secure electromechanical components according to specifications and procedures Assemble and test electronic and electromechanical parts using a variety of tools and equipment Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet established standards Identify and escalate assembly or soldering issues to the production supervisor Complete repair and rework tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment Move between workstations as required to support production flow Follow fabrication procedures and wiring diagrams with accuracy and consistency What You Bring Proven ability to hand-solder; must pass internal soldering certification Strong manual dexterity for assembling small, detailed components Ability to perform repetitive soldering and assembly tasks with precision High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Soldering experience or training strongly preferred No formal education or office software experience required Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Benefits and Perks This position offers weekly pay and access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial stability, and long-term success.
