From wastewater treatment plants to large-scale generator installations, you will oversee the lifecycle of the build. If you have 10+ years of experience and are familiar with utility/lineman operations, we have a Company Vehicle and a dedicated team waiting for you. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the operational leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes Full-Cycle Management: Lead projects from pre-construction through final close-out, developing strategies and timelines Financial Control: Review SOVs, oversee project billing and AIA Pay Applications, and manage change orders Logistics: Plan material procurement, delivery logistics, and coordinate with architects and engineers Field Operations: Conduct site visits to ensure safety and code compliance Utility Coordination: Leverage your knowledge of utility/lineman operations to coordinate with electrical utility companies Mentorship: Mentor and support the development of Assistant Project Managers QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred Project History: Experience with State and Federal commercial electrical projects is strongly preferred Specialization: Background in wastewater treatment, generators, utilities, or industrial projects Technical Skills: Familiarity with SOVs, AIA Pay Applications, and cost control processes. Proficiency in MS Office Education: Associate's Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience) Requirements: Valid driver's license required.
