Pain Management Physician Assistant

Title: Physician Assistant (Orthopedics / Pain Management) Location: Lady Lake, FL & Wildwood, FL Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 30-40 hours/week About the Practice This is a multi-location specialty clinic focused on non-surgical solutions for knee, joint, back, and neck pain. Our integrated model combines medical care and physical therapy to help patients avoid joint replacement and spine surgery while achieving long-term pain relief and improved function. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with knee, joint, back, and neck pain using established non-surgical treatment protocols. Administer hyaluronic acid-based intra-articular knee injections for osteoarthritis. Collaborate with on-site physical therapy and medical teams across clinic locations. Manage and support wellness services, including weight loss programs utilizing GLP-1s and IM vitamin/weight loss injectables. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and wellness strategies. Work independently while following proven, evidence-based protocols.
