In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.Job Title: Cleaning Staff Entity: Rocker B Ranch Reports to: General Manager Pay Rate: $15-$16/hr Location: RBR Anticipated Start Date: February 2026 Availability: Part Time Overview: The successful Custodian responsibilities, job duties, and major tasks are to assist with the day-to-day, event and post-event cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial services and assist with the housekeeper responsibilities such as clean, restock and maintain hotel rooms at Rocker B Ranch. Responsibilities: • Assist in the cleaning of the complex from a day-to-day, pre-event, during event, and post-event perspective. • Assist with all cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial services. • Be reliable and ensure regular attendance for designated shifts. • Always deliver excellent work and maintain high standards, regardless of the situation. • Recognize and avoid all hazards which may include, but not limited to slipping, tripping, falling. • Checks the inventory of cleaning cabinet and adds any necessary supplies. • Removes soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room and provides fresh replacements. • Neatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policies. • Cleans and disinfects bathroom and kitchenette/coffee-preparation areas according to hotel policies. • Wipes surfaces in room and cleans mirrors. • Vacuums floors and removes trash. • Ensures room meets hotel standards with a final walkaround. • Notifies supervisor of room availability and reports any suspicious activity to security. • Notifies maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairs. • Report any missing/found articles, damage, or merchandise problems to supervisor. • Perform job responsibilities in a professional manner, while projecting a positive Company image. • Receives list of assigned rooms from supervisor and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaning. • Complete all job duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: • Possess cleaning product knowledge and proper usage of products. • Strong detail-orientation, with ability to problem-solve. • A friendly personality and excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and high-energy. • Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Rocker B Ranch name and brand, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently. • Adhere to Rocker B Ranch policies and procedures. • Work well with management, staff, and customers. • Work Schedule will vary; nights and weekends will be required based on business needs. Preferred: • Experience in custodial/housekeeping services field in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working at a sports venue or large meeting venues. • Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens regulations. Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements: • Stand and/or walk during entire shift in all types of weather conditions. • Lift and/or carry no less than 50 lbs.; ability to reach and bend. #RBR #twparttime
