Physical Therapist - Fulltime Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and compassionate PT to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient care, providing comprehensive treatment to a diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific functional needs. Deliver evidence-based therapy using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for both inpatient and outpatient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes and goal achievement. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate holistic, patient-centered care. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to prevent further injury or setbacks. Promote mobility, independence, and wellness through proactive and compassionate rehabilitative care. Qualifications: Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Active Physical Therapist license in Iowa (or eligible for licensure) Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
