Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Provide exceptional patient care, focusing on pulmonary and respiratory conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Monitor patient progress, document assessments, and report changes to the healthcare team. Participate in unit-based orientation, training programs, and ongoing educational opportunities. Foster open communication with patients and families to promote understanding and satisfaction. Candidate requirements Current and unrestricted RN license in Washington. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is accepted. BLS certification is required (ACLS preferred). Strong desire to specialize in pulmonary/medical care and a commitment to patient-centered practices. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
