Title: Business System Analyst with SAP BRIM Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration : Contract JD: Senior Business Systems Analyst Looking for experienced Business Systems Analysts who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, with strong expertise in quoting systems and contract management for our BRIM project. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document complex business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria Design solution approaches and lead feature grooming sessions while ensuring solution readiness Develop functional specifications, process flows, and requirements documentation Guide stakeholders through requirement refinement process and collaborate with engineering teams Lead requirements gathering for subscription entitlements and contract management Required. Qualifications: BA/BS in related field with 5+ years of business analysis experience Strong domain expertise in quoting systems, contract management, and subscription entitlements Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and SAFe with hands-on development team experience. Proven expertise in requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management Experience in translating complex business needs into technical specifications Critical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract lifecycle management Expertise in subscription-based business models and pricing systems Proven track record in solution design for quoting systems
