AEM Multi Solution architect

Opening / Selling Statement - Our client is seeking a highlyexperienced AEM Architect expertise to join their team to bolster their marketing systems and processes onto AEM Cloud. This role will have transitioning parallel paths: • Support the as-is systems while the AEM roadmap is established. • Execute and lead with the team, in the migration and integration to AEM cloud. Doing this will ensure business continuity while simultaneously allowing to fully understand the as-is to ensure a successful project delivery. Required Skills -Architect, AEM, Campaign, Data Job Duties -• Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud/Platform to meet clients business requirements • Create implementation roadmap for large digital transformation programs • Lead and participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, etc. • Gather and understand client's unique business requirements and develop and build customized solutions to meet their client's needs. • Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and formulating project timelines • Assess/audit existing client digital ecosystems and recommend optimizations • Work alongside Client Service, Program Delivery, and practices to ensure a proper solution is provided to meet client needs • Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and formulating project timelines • Implement testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications Job Requirements -• Adobe Certified Multiple Experience Cloud Architect • 10+ years of experience in AEM 6.3,6.4,6.5, Adobe Analytics, AEP and Target • Multi-Solution Architect (MSA), for multiple Digital Strategy engagements providing strategy, software and technical architecture expertise and guide cross-functional project teams to ensure Customer success. • Experience in Digital Marketing & Analytics, Reporting, Customer Data Platform (Adobe RTCDP), Personalization And portal Technologies • Experience project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and project timelines estimation • Expertise in implementing different personalization experience using Adobe Target & analysis activity report in Analytics using A4T • Experience in managing client expectations, leading a team and overseeing the delivery • Architected multiple solutions fitting client's industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs • Superior problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Desired Skills & Experience - Project Management, Business Analyst, Testing Required Skills : Software Architecture,Product Management Additional Skills : Solution ArchitectThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
