Life Enrichment Facilitator

Pay starting rate: $16.60 per hour (Pay rate based on previous experience) Full-Time Role Days and Some Nights/WeekendsDo you have a creative mindset and a joy for working with seniors? What you bring to the table: Associates degree in recreational Therapy (Preferred) Passion for working with seniors Job Duties and Responsibilities:Presents a program of Activities to meet the needs and interests of each Resident Meets weekly or as scheduled with Life Enrichment Department staff to coordinate accountabilities of the department Presents Activities as scheduled on the Activities Calendar Creates an atmosphere of excitement & anticipation through Special Events programming Provides "Active Listening" for Residents/Families directed at problem identification & solution.
