Showroom Receptionist Now Hiring: Showroom Receptionist Location: Norwell, MA Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly DOE Schedule: Full Time M-F 8:30-5:00 Snow and Jones, Inc. is a premier plumbing and heating wholesale distributor featuring two luxury plumbing showrooms. Since 1952 we have been a family owned business providing the South Shore and Cape Cod with exceptional products and customer service. We currently have an opening for a full time Showroom Receptionist at our Norwell Showroom location. Job duties include: Responsibilities: Greet every client at front door and provide direction to meet their showroom visit goals. Manage walk-in client visits and calls using rotation sheets of sales associates. Maintain friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients: Offering water, coffee, tea when appropriate Walking them to their appointment table. Scheduling follow up appointments as needed Manage Sales Associates calendars: booking appointments, coordinating office hours, trainings, etc. Maintain cleanliness of showroom throughout the day Maintain stock of all office supplies and showroom office needs Answer multi-line phone system and connect clients to proper sales associate, take messages as needed, etc. Support sales staff and office administrator as needed. Attend showroom events when necessary. Qualifications: Strong use of Microsoft Outlook calendar management Ability to manage multi-line phone system Strong follow through emails and client issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-end clientele interaction Previous receptionist/administrative experience is preferred Motivated to complete tasks. The position is Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM with a half hour lunch break. Position pays hourly $18-20 hr based on experience and benefits include personal (sick) and vacation time, health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and more.
