This is a hands-on role supporting installation, repair, and maintenance of large-scale industrial equipment. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment on rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain large and complex industrial manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Dismantle, move, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery Diagnose and support PLC-controlled equipment (basic troubleshooting preferred) Support production equipment reliability and minimize downtime Maintain safety compliance in a manufacturing setting Complete other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 1–2+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience Experience working in a manufacturing or production plant environment Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems Comfortable working 12-hour rotating DuPont-style shifts Industrial Maintenance certification, technical diploma, or related training preferred Ability to pass a technical maintenance assessment ➕ Preferred Qualifications PLC troubleshooting experience Experience servicing large industrial equipment Automotive repair experience (in addition to industrial background) Experience in tire, textile, paper, chemical, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments Compensation & Benefits $34.00 per hour Result Share bonus program (historically averaging 13–16%) Relocation assistance available Full benefits package Long-term stability with a well-established global manufacturer Ideal Background Experience Candidates currently working in: Tire manufacturing Textile or paper mills Chemical plants Food production plants Automotive suppliers Heavy industrial fabrication or processing plants Work Schedule Modified DuPont rotating schedule: 12-hour shifts Alternating days and nights Built-in extended off periods This schedule is common in large-scale manufacturing operations across SC and GA.
