Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Recognize individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans to support them in accomplishing their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based modalities to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide training to patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate sustained progress at home. Track and Report Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent advancement towards their goals. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications. Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is mandatory. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
