Competitive pay up to $25/hour Contract-to-hire with real opportunity for permanent placement Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment A chance to make an immediate impact in a high-visibility AP function Key Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts; resolve discrepancies Prepare and process check runs, ACH transactions, and other payments Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely follow-up Maintain organized and compliant accounts payable documentation Communicate with vendors and internal departments professionally Assist with month-end close as needed Qualifications 13+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience with ERP or accounting software (3-way match experience is a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently About You You are dependable, accurate, and eager to take ownership of your work.
