Assistant Project Manager High Mid-Rise Construction Our client is a respected South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. Job Description Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction. Assist with project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily reporting. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Track budgets, change orders, and cost-related items under PM guidance. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Participate in site walks and project meetings. Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Proficient with Procore or similar construction software. Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Eager to learn, grow, and develop within a stable organization.
