Assistant Project Manager High Mid-Rise Construction Our client is a respected South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. With a strong, family-oriented leadership team and a collaborative, systems-driven approach, they are known for long-term client relationships, stable teams, and delivering quality projects on time. Job Description Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction. Assist with project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily reporting. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Track budgets, change orders, and cost-related items under PM guidance. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Participate in site walks and project meetings. Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation. The Successful Applicant 2-4 years of experience in construction with a general contractor. Exposure to multifamily or mixed-use projects preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Proficient with Procore or similar construction software. Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Eager to learn, grow, and develop within a stable organization. What's On Offer Base salary around $85K, depending on experience. 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee coverage).
