Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. This individual will inspect, repair and maintain our company fleet trucks and heavy equipment. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner • Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, vehicles and systems • Keep logs of work and report on issues • Will work out in the field on equipment Knowledge and Experience • Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic, fuel, and brake systems • Knowledge of both gas and diesel systems • Ability to follow established procedures and practices • High school diploma • Certification from a vocational school Skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong mechanical and technical skills • Good communication skills • Good problem-solving skills Competitive pay based on experience
