Summer Lifeguard Looking for a summer job that's fun, active, and builds life skills? Baltimore Country Club is hiring Lifeguards for the 2026 pool season (Memorial DayLabor Day). It's the perfect job for high school students who want responsibility, teamwork, and great summer memories. You'll work outside, hang out with a great team, and play an important role keeping members and guests safe, all while gaining confidence and leadership skills that look great on resumes and college applications.
