Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a residential location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, and you will partner with site teams to deliver reliable service with integrity and teamwork. What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, garages, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns. + Monitor access points and community amenities, assist with visitor check-in expectations when assigned, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity per post orders. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, noise complaints, and/or medical emergencies until relieved by appropriate responders. + Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, communicate with property management and/or Allied Universal supervision, and escalate issues through the established chain of command. Minimum Requirements: + A minimum of 1+ years of security experience is required. + Applicants must be 21+ years of age. + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. + Applicants must be able to ride a bike. + Riding a bike for long periods of time is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
