Our products support diverse markets and industries such as aerospace and defense, oil & gas, electrical energy, medical, automotive, and other industrial markets. Office Administrator ATI is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our facility located in East Hartford, CT. The primary purpose of this position is to support the efficient operation of the facility by working directly with site management, employees and customers. Provide a high level of support across the site to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Essential Functions: Organize all office operations and serve as the point person for support processes including conference rooms, mail, office supplies, and general errands. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Provide administrative support across all departments to ensure effective and efficient office operations. Monitor customer portals for new purchase orders and request for quotes. Submit order acknowledgements and quote responses. Maintain quote file. Coordinate contract reviews with department supervisors. Provide daily variation reports for manufacturing.
