Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up care to ensure continuity of services. Occupational Therapist Qualifications: Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required. Certification in CPR and BLS is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required. Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is required.
