HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis, IN. • Full-time, days • Weekend / call rotation is required.
