Roles and Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks, handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs throughout the mall. Respond promptly to work orders and address urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruptions. Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and promotions with the mall. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Experience, Knowledge and Education: Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician. Broad range of repair and maintenance technical abilities required. Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Additional Requirements: Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
