As a Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist, you will be responsible for overseeing obstetric care, managing labor and delivery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns. Required Skills: Valid medical license and current board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB hospitalist experience Proven ability to handle high-volume obstetric cases with confidence Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a locum or interim physician role Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures in Texas Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one BLS and ACLS certifications Other Requirements: Availability to start on 12/31/2025 Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Willingness to travel (reimbursements included when applicable) Maintenance of licensure and certifications up to date This outstanding position offers an hourly pay rate of $195.00, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
