Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AEM Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to gather and analyze requirements, manage workflows, and optimize AEM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both business processes and technical capabilities of AEM to drive successful projects from concept through execution.Candidate must be local to Chicago IL Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements related to AEM implementations. Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that AEM functionalities meet business needs. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes within AEM, enhancing overall user experience and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical development teams, facilitating clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and validate the AEM functionalities to ensure requirements are met. Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to generate insights on performance, usage, and other key metrics, helping inform future improvements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for project requirements, solutions, workflows, and processes related to AEM. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital content management or AEM implementations. Hands-on experience with AEM and familiarity with its capabilities, workflows, and integrations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEM, Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AEM Forms, Sites, and Assets. Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager or similar digital content management platforms. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
