Job Description

Corporate Controller | Multi?Site Manufacturing | Lead the Numbers, Shape the Future A privately held manufacturing company in Simpsonville, SC, is seeking a Corporate Controller who enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day operations and also wants the opportunity to expand into a broader, more strategic finance role as the company grows. If you like understanding how the numbers tie to production, and you want a place where your influence increases naturally over time, this role is worth exploring. The Controller will guide the full closing process, produce accurate GAAP financials, and oversee inventory and cost accounting across multiple facilities. Experience supporting multiple sites is important, as you'll be working with leaders across different locations to ensure the financial story is consistent and reliable. Much of your early impact will come from digging into variances, resolving issues directly, and making sure operational data connects cleanly to final reporting. As you get established, your responsibilities will expand. You'll begin shaping processes, strengthening financial visibility across sites, and contributing more meaningfully to decisions that affect profitability and operational performance. The environment is steady, privately owned, and built for someone who wants long-term stability and real room to grow. In this role, you'll partner daily with a collaborative CFO who values clarity, accuracy, and practical problem-solving. You'll also lead a small accounting team, support audit and tax requirements, and serve as the key resource for financial operations as the company continues to mature. Success in this position comes from a strong foundation in manufacturing accounting, confidence with inventory and costing, and the ability to navigate a multi-site environment with ease. Curiosity, accuracy, and a willingness to work through data issues will take you far. A CPA or CMA is helpful but not essential. If you're looking for a role where you can be close to the work now and grow into a more strategic partner over time, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
