Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Address chronic illnesses, preventive health, acute medical issues, and mental wellness from a patient-centered perspective. Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create customized treatment strategies. Collaborate effectively with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care. Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and timely documentation of patient information. Provide care both in-person and virtually to meet diverse patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility. BLS and ACLS certifications highly regarded. Skills and Experience Robust diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on prevention and proactive care.
