This position reports to: IPU Manager Your Role and Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote. This role is contributing to the product group/business area/division/function in the region. Main stakeholders are the main stakeholder groups if available. You will be mainly accountable for: Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages. Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes. Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes. Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement. Qualifications for the Role (Mandatory) You are immersed in/engaged in/absorbed in/highly skilled in/you enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies and the relevant industry/sector market. Ability to demonstrate your experience in/Have established skills/advanced skills/You have years of experience in the relevant field (OPTIONAL: working as a relevant role with relevant products or technologies). Possess an enhanced knowledge of/You are qualified in/Highly adept in specialized software/platforms. You are passionate about/you are captivated by/you are innovative around relevant soft skills and relevant soft skills. Degree in/Have a demonstrated track record in/Extensive knowledge of/Proven experience of specific degree, qualification in subject. You are at ease communicating in required language skill(s). You hold current licenses valid in job location and country-specific VISA/work permit where required.
