Receptionist Position We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Folsom. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Skills Experience in office administration or clerical work. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with scheduling software and phone systems.
