Professional Service - Business System Analyst o Analyze CFO Organization owned business processes to ensure adherence to functional program requirements, perform operational risk assessments, and support the enablement of new capabilities o Responsibilities include maintaining documentation of process flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end workstreams, including key management reports o Operational Risk Assessment: Evaluate complex business processes to ensure compliance with policy or regulatory program requirements, identify and assess operational risks and controls, complete root cause assessments, document findings, obtain buy-in for proposed mitigating measures, and track remediation efforts o Process Documentation: Improve documentation with process owners on end-to-end business processes, by ensuring process mapping and procedures are complete and providing feedback and guidance to business stakeholders to create a culture of self-inspection and continuous improvement o Process Transformation: Apply Lean/JKK concepts and techniques to lead process improvement initiatives, develop and implement solution recommendations, and leverage organizational Change Management concepts in communication strategies Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
