Warehouse Supervisor The Warehouse Supervisor will manage all warehouse and logistics operations in support of WHS. This position requires a trusted professional who can oversee daily activities, lead personnel, maintain operational efficiency, and serve as the Contractor's on-site representative. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures compliance with all technical, safety, and mission requirements while resolving logistical challenges and providing customer support. Responsibilities: Act as the Contractor's authorized on-site representative and sign inspection reports and official correspondence. Be physically present at the facility at all times during operations, overseeing all warehouse functions. Provide leadership, assign tasks, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all logistical activities. Identify developing technical or operational issues and initiate corrective actions. Analyze customer requirements and provide effective logistical and technical solutions. Respond to customer service requests and ensure prompt, efficient support. Oversee all logistics, shipping/receiving, and facility support activities at the WHS location. Maintain active forklift, OSHA, and MHE certifications. Skills / Experience: Ten (10) years of industry experience in facility or logistics support services, including one project of similar complexity defined in the PWS. High School Diploma required. Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics operations, and safety compliance. Demonstrated leadership in supervising warehouse or logistics personnel. Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Mandatory Certifications & Requirements: Valid U.S. Driver's License Candidate must provide license number, issuing state, and expiration date for verification. Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification Active OSHA certification Active Forklift certification Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC Candidates must provide copies of all certifications
