Key Responsibilities Prepare payroll accurately and timely. Maintain and reconcile general ledgers. Generate financial reports to support parish and school operations. Perform month-end and year-end financial entries and reconciliations. Ensure all financial records are organized and up to date. Collaborate with parish and school staff to support financial needs. Qualifications & Skills Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a parish or school setting. Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll preparation, and general ledger management. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in financial data management. Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable. Ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports.
