Schedule Day shift (5x8-Hour) from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with additional shifts on Sundays and Mondays for inpatient care. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist with experience in both inpatient acute and rehabilitation settings, as well as outpatient therapy. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to blend these roles effectively. ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized plans of care, and reassess patient progress regularly. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and neurology skills. Educate patients and their families on equipment usage and home exercise programs to support recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Assist with the transport of patients to and from treatment areas. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy with charge experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Valid California Physical Therapy license. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Why ARMStaffing?
