HR Business Partner Delta Dental of Arizona, the state's #1 dental and vision insurance company, is looking for a dynamic, culture-oriented HR Business Partner who understands how to leverage creative HR solutions to execute organizational strategy. Reporting to the SVP of People, the HR Business Partner is responsible for executing HR strategies with employees and leaders and formulating partnerships to deliver HR solutions that reflect and reinforce Delta Dental of Arizona's cultural and performance management objectives. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of multiple HR functions, including performance management, DEI, recruiting, culture, benefits, payroll, and training/development. Essential functions include partnering with hiring managers to create and execute a recruiting plan for each open position, maintaining HR programs, conducting employee relations concerns, assisting with performance management, identifying training and development needs, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 2-7 years as an HR generalist or HR business partner, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or similar certifications, excellent presentation and public speaking skills, excellent analytical skills, solid relationship-building and collaboration skills, and HRIS experience.
