Logistics Coordinator Healthcare (Onsite | Contract-to-Hire) LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support healthcare equipment redeployment operations. This role is hands-on, process-driven, and ideal for someone with logistics or operational coordination experience. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. This position includes defined competency tiers, offering structured skill development and advancement opportunities over time. Key Responsibilities Perform redeployment procedures, including equipment cleaning, decontamination, and testing Coordinate shipping logistics and vendor communication Maintain order tracking files and inventory systems Communicate with clinic teams, transportation services, and internal partners Troubleshoot logistics issues and escalate appropriately Follow detailed procedures and safety standards with high accuracy Contribute to a collaborative team environment Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, equipment coordination, or related areas Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer proficiency and comfort with tracking/reporting tools Ability to follow detailed procedures Preferred Healthcare or medical equipment handling experience Experience coordinating transportation or vendor communication Exposure to equipment reprocessing, testing, or maintenance Process or operational improvement experience Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Abigail Revalee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
