Ewi Recruitment The market-leading infrastructure & energy recruiter is seeking a Site Administrator for a role on a major Gas Power Plant project. Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global power generation contractor delivering large-scale Gas Power Plant projects. As Site Administrator, you will play a key role supporting the Site Manager and project leadership team with site logistics, purchasing administration, supplier coordination, and day-to-day site operations. This role offers strong exposure to international energy projects and excellent long-term career development within EPC and OEM project environments. Job Role / Responsibilities Acting as the Site Administrator, you will: Support the Site Manager in establishing and managing site purchasing administration Interface with local suppliers to obtain quotations and track purchase orders Maintain supplier databases and assist with supplier qualification documentation Support delivery tracking, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups Arrange accommodation, transport, and mobilisation support for expatriate staff Assist HR / Employee Relations teams with visa documentation and onboarding Manage day-to-day site office operations including utilities, consumables, and facilities Procure and maintain site infrastructure equipment and temporary facilities Administer contracts for office rental, cleaning, transport, and utilities Plan travel and logistics for site management and visiting teams Coordinate site transportation and vehicle usage Support insurance documentation and local banking/site accounts Track subcontractor paperwork and support site reporting Ensure site offices and facilities remain clean, organised, and compliant with EHS standards Support communication between project team, suppliers, and local authorities Provide general administrative support to the site team Requirements For this role the client EWI Recruitment is working with requires: Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Site Administrator, Site Coordinator, or Project Admin role Experience on power generation, energy, construction, or heavy infrastructure projects preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Good working knowledge of purchasing administration and supplier coordination Strong English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, reporting trackers) Valid working rights for the project location Desired Skills Experience working on Gas Power Plant or EPC projects Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability Experience supporting expatriate mobilisation and travel logistics Knowledge of site reporting tools or procurement systems ewi is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer. ewi is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
