SAP Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Business Analyst IV- to join their team. As a Business Analyst IV-, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting interface and data conversion workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst IV- Location: Alpharetta, GA/ Milwaukee, WI (Local candidates only) Visa Sponsorship not available What's the Job? Partner with business users to gather and validate requirements for interfaces, data structures, and master data. Analyze current-state data, processes, and file structures; identify mapping rules and transformation logic. Document business requirements, functional specifications, interface logic flows, and testing materials. Coordinate with SAP IT, source system IT team, FinSys leads, and business stakeholders. Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and validation of interface outputs. What's Needed? Strong SAP functional Business Analyst and documentation background. Expertise in data interpretation, mapping, master data structures, and transformation rules. Experience with SAP interfaces (IDoc, BODS, BAPI) and SAP conversions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong organization and ownership of delivery responsibilities. What's in it for me?
