We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team. Total Earnings Potential $163,000 / year. $45-60+ per hour, depending on experience! $250 bonus per successful installation completed $100 commission per customer membership signed up $2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools Drive company vans Plus Health, Dental, Vision insurance PTO and sick pay Requirements 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC. Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians Proficiency with all of the following: Refrigerant handling High & low-voltage wiring Ductwork Sheet metal fabrication California building code Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
