In this role, youll manage end-to-end international air freight shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. What You Need to Succeed Minimum 1 year of Air Export experience within a freight forwarding environment Proficiency with freight forwarding tools such as CargoWise, SAP, AS400, or similar platforms Strong understanding of U.S. Customs, TSA, security protocols, and other air import/export regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A strong work ethic with a sense of ownership, accountability, and independence Whats in It for You You will receive a clear and structured development path, with the potential to progress into a lead or supervisory role within 1218 months, depending on experience and performance.
