Lead Foreman $20.00+ p/h to start! Boise, ID Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING for an Experienced Lawn Crew Foreman! Full-time 40 hours a week Monday-Friday or Tuesday - Friday, day shift hours 6:00 am - until done $20.00-$22.50 p/h $DOE$ Overtime will be expected, as needed Temp-to-hire Duties: Provide lawn care services to residential and commercial properties Perform trimming, edging, mowing, and debris removal duties Apply lawn and plant care herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides Install, repair, and maintain sprinkler systems Provide leadership and direction to crew members Other duties as assigned Requirements: Be drug-free Be able to pass a background check Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must have a valid Idaho driver's license and a clean driving record Must have experience operating commercial lawn equipment such as standing/push mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc. Prior landscaping, leadership, and, sprinkler experience Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, kneel, and stoop frequently Ability to obtain an Idaho Applicators license Why work for Personnel Plus, Inc.
