Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout all life stages, from infants to seniors. Address chronic illnesses, conduct routine check-ups, acute care, and mental health assessments with a patient-first mindset. Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment strategies. Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other providers to guarantee complete care. Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient results and operational efficiency. Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for precise and current patient documentation. Provide care both in-person and via telehealth to meet patient needs and preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Possession of, or eligibility for, an active medical license in Ohio. Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications. Skills and Experience Proficient diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a focus on preventive care.
