Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving a long-term care community located in Oxford, MS for 8-24 hours/week, onsite. Highlights of this Role: Facility Type: Short-term rehab and long-term care Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8-24 hours per week (onsite, during normal business hours) Rate: Commensurate with experience. NTW provides above average RD hourly rates. Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred, not required. Training and refreshers provided. EMR: Matrixcare (training provided) Position Type: 1099 contract position Your Assignment Will Include: Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team Calculations and recommendations for tube feedings and wounds Completing MDS including Section K and Section V (CAA's) Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA Requirements: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR Licensed to practice in Mississippi (must be active prior to start date) Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
