Maintenance Mechanic II

We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic to join our enthusiastic team at Artman! Shift Available: Full-Time: 8:00am-4:30pm On call once every four (4) weeks Key job responsibilities include: Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operations in a continuing care community. Demo and install kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, and garbage disposals as needed. Replace faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses, insulators, and other simple elements of electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances as per work orders. Basic knowledge of mechanical, woodworking, plumbing, and electrical trade. Knowledge of electrical sections of a public building. Work will involve alterations and construction. Education and Experience: Trade or vocational school graduate. Completed four year apprenticeship or equivalent experience and two years' commercial experience preferred. Knowledge of HVAC preferred.
