Your Role:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and setting expectationsNegotiate effectively with clients and other contacts to achieve optimal outcomesHandle challenging client situations with strong de-escalation skillsEnsure timely submission of clients for release with accurate documentationDeliver exit packages promptly and with attention to detailManage a live call queue and team email inbox with responsiveness and professionalismMaintain thorough, accurate client records in SalesforceManage both existing and new client files collaboratively within the teamRespond to emails, calls, and client feedback within 24 hoursMaintain consistent professional communication via phone, email, and mail Key Skills and Proficiencies:Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skillsStrong de-escalation and problem-solving abilitiesResults driven and outcome focusedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and professionalismAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong time management and multi-tasking abilitiesFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriateProficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google WorkspacePrio r customer service experience is required minimum of 2 yrs Ready to Make a Difference?
