This is a meaningful opportunity to build a consistent, trusting relationship while supporting a bright, sweet individual with complex physical needs. About the Role You will provide skilled nursing care and daily support in a calm, family-centered environment. The client is non-verbal and has significant mobility limitations, requiring full assistance with care. She is medically stable and has an established routine. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive, patient-centered nursing care Medication administration and monitoring Support with nutritional needs via feeding tube Assist with mobility, positioning, and personal care Monitor for changes in condition and communicate with family Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Ideal CandidateLicensed LPN or RN in good standing Comfortable with hands-on care and medical equipment Calm, gentle, and attentive demeanor Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with complex care is preferred, but not required - training provided We value our team members and realize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
