Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcer Agiliti is a top manufacturer and service provider for medical and surgical equipment. We partner with clinicians to help them stay patient-ready. Our team provides a range of devices and support required to safely care for patients, and we make sure essential equipment is ready and available when it's needed from the ER to the OR. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcer who will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting diverse, high-quality talent for key roles across the organization. As a strategic sourcing partner, you'll work closely with other recruiters and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate Agiliti's brand with candidates and community partners. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep sourcing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse passive and active candidates Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to understand job specifications and talent needs Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing tools, social media, networking, and community partnerships Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and competencies Research and identify talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication and relationship-building skills Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and ATS systems Ability to network, analyze talent markets, and manage multiple priorities This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
