Automation Anywhere RPA Architect/Lead

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere RPA Architect/Lead to drive our organization's robotic process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide RPA solutions while managing a team of RPA developers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years specifically in RPA development and architecture 4+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere platform (v11 and A2019/360) Advanced certifications in Automation Anywhere (Master RPA Professional, Control Room Administrator) Strong experience with SQL, JavaScript, Python, and .NET Proven experience leading and mentoring RPA development teams Experience with enterprise application integration and API development Strong understanding of IT security and compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Implementation Design end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives Identify, analyze, and document business processes in detail for robust automation design Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases Design APIs, data interfaces, and connectivity solutions for smooth data exchange Develop, set up, test, and monitor automated workflows Perform code reviews according to standards for optimized code Create and manage accurate releases and deployment processes Create and document test scenarios supporting agile development Monitoring & Maintenance Monitor running process automations against success metrics Communicate performance metrics to stakeholders and propose improvements Assist maintenance team with monitoring and maintenance of automation after implementation Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations Create process documentation to outline value delivered Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, including task assignment and performance monitoring Provide constructive feedback and foster collaboration and innovation within the team Support Application Manager Business in driving digitization and automation initiatives Create and maintain documentation including WBS, PDD, and SSD for current and future automations Technical Skills Automation Anywhere v11, A2019/360 Command Center and Control Room administration Bot Insight and IQ Bot Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Database design and SQL REST/SOAP Web Services Version control systems (Git) Microsoft Office applications Citrix and Virtual Environments Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in relevant field Experience with multiple RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) ITIL certification Agile/Scrum certification Experience with process mining tools Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
